About Patrick Burke

Patrick has degrees from Vanderbilt University in psychology, law and an MBA in Finance. He worked in top law firms and investment banks in New York before becoming a serial entrepreneur, launching multiple businesses in the hospitality and entertainment space in Nashville, TN. He is an accomplished financial and business leader with a proven ability to dive into operations, break down complex problems quickly, and work with leadership teams to create cultures of accountability, results, and trust. He is currently a CEO, consultant, and Rockefeller Habits Certified Petra Coach.

Over his ten years in the toughest industry around, Patrick assembled and led cross-functional teams to win “Best New Restaurant” twice and create WOW customer experiences from scratch. More importantly, he has had the opportunity to recruit, train, COACH and LEAD over 1,000 team members from extremely diverse backgrounds to create a magnetic culture that has reshaped what its like to work within the restaurant industry.
