One of the best parts of working in a growing business is the creation of new celebration rituals that become part of the company culture. These rituals keep employees engaged and motivated and help the team celebrate wins.
Given Align headquarters is in New Orleans, world-famous for its music, we’ve incorporated music into lots of our new company rituals.
Taking a page from our friends at Hagerty Group, we’ve begun playing music at the start of our all-company daily huddles to help spur an on-time and energized huddle. We’ve become big fans of the “pump-up” song to get the team ready to tackle the day ahead.
Recently we’ve also started to play music to celebrate other wins like closing a sale or hitting a target. The celebration tunes are a terrific way to recognize the accomplishment and get the whole company in on the feeling of success.
